Operators of storage & processing buildings experience unique dust control challenges. The physical size of the building means very little containment of dust is possible leading to unhealthy working conditions, migration of dust off site and into the surrounding environment. Additional problems may include creation of an explosive atmosphere and loss of valuable inventory.
Attempts by others to offer prefabricated high pressure atomization systems for suppression of dust inside large buildings involve significant up front design costs, errors in design, complex installations and often expensive modifications after installation.
The Piian High Pressure Mist System uses “Quick Connect” nozzles and avoids all the design difficulties and drawbacks of prefabricated systems. Our system surpasses the performance of all others and only requires a brief up front design to accommodate even the largest structure.
Our design is adjustable; nozzles may be repositioned to account for unforeseen obstacles without incurring significant modification costs.
The quantity and output of nozzles on our system may also be adjusted to allow the overall system to be fine-tuned for the final requirements of the project.
