Control of odors from various treatment, recycling and manufacturing processes present various challenges. Piian Systems have developed a range of systems focused on addressing these issues while delivering highly effective odor control at a fraction of the cost of traditional odor control alternatives.
We offer a full size range of waterless vaporizing systems to work in the smallest treatment process up to enormous waste handling buildings. Our vaporizing systems will work in freezing conditions, high moisture / high temperature situations and corrosive environments.
Our range of mist systems (also known as fog systems) are available in stainless steel specification as well as budget conscious configurations. Piian fog systems may be installed around large non-contained tanks and inside large hot, dry buildings. They may be split and operated in zones. Various control options are available for optimized operation.
Our systems include advanced cost saving features such as wind speed and direction activation to automatically start the system when the wind blows in a specific direction, data logging to record environmental conditions, PLC system monitoring to manage maintenance and to report critical errors by SMS messaging.
