Operators of mineral / aggregate / fuel / waste processing equipment face difficult challenges with fugitive dust. In the past, atomization technology for suppression of dust caused by processing materials has been available in two “types”. Small, low cost, low pressure sprayers that cause a lot of wetting/clogging. More expensive custom-built systems high pressure fog systems which are difficult to design and install and even more difficult and expensive to adjust when deficiencies in the installation are noticed after startup.

The Piian High Presure Mist System utilizes "quick connect" nozzles allowing the layout, position and density of the system to be decided on the fly during installation and further allows easy adjustments to be made after startup to fine tune the output of the system. This eliminates much of the guess work and expense incurred during the design of other types of prefabricated atomizing systems.

With the Piian System, ther is only basic sizing requirements, there are no design costs.

We offer our systems in simple self install "kits" which are very easy to install and operate.
