This system draws in large volumes of air where a lobe blower pressurizes it to 1.5 PSI. Piian Odor Neutralizer is vaporized into the air stream. The odor neutralizing vapor is blown into distribution manifolds. The distribution manifolds have small holes or openings along their length. The odor neutralizing vapour is blown out through the holes or openings and into the environment.
The distribution manifolds are built using common plastic piping materials such as HDPE, cPVC, ABS etc. in either 3”, 4” or 6” diameters according to the size of the system.
The distribution manifolds are used to convey the odor neutralizing vapour from the blower to the odor source(s). Openings in the distribution manifold allow the odor neutralizing vapour to build up at the odor sources such as tanks, bins or hoppers. Multiple odor sources can be treated with one system.
The distribution manifold can also be positioned to surround large open tanks or areas. Multiple small holes are drilled into the distribution manifold and the odor neutralizing vapor is released into the environment around the perimeter of the odor source forming and odor neutralizing barrier.
Additionally, the distribution manifolds can be installed into the ceiling areas and around door opening of structures allowing odor neutralizing vapour to build up within the structure and to form a curtain around doors and other openings.
